In 2004 a few Business trainers came together to discuss various training issues and exchange some tips and ideas. Amongst these trainers were Alex and Felix. During the discussion, it became apparent that some of these trainers were teaching similar trainings in similar fields. Also the training needs they all had matched each other’s needs in relatively many areas, some of these trainers were spending hours, days and weeks creating training programs and trying to educate their teams which in fact somebody else was also working on as well.  During the hefty discussion and all the information exchange, the question was asked by Alex why these trainings are not shared amongst these trainers. A sudden silence entered the room… Traininglibrary was born!

Joined by Petra and Elisabeth in March 2005, the trainings where further developed and today are not only created for the professional trainer, but also include detailed trainer comments which can be used by anybody who would like to improve business performance through knowledge and education. In the summer of 2005, a progressive Russian Business Trainer, Elena, joined the team and established Traininglibrary Russia. Soon after, well known Trainers connected to the team and published their proven trainings and PDF books. In 2009 E-learning was introduced first time and since has found its way in various schools, colleges and universities around the world such as in the UK, Macau, Russia, Ukraine and South Africa, as well as private companies who regard the efficency of the learning method as a key advantage to move their products forward.

In 2010, Tralib (short for Traininglibrary) started to assist students to find suitable colleges and universities and has since entered the market of Education Trading at its fullest. Today we have over 100 Authors that write our programs. We work with local alliances in China, South Africa, Russia and in most cities in Europe and provide more than 300 different titles online as well representing some of the most innovative universities and colleges in our target markets.
