How does it work? Let’s assume you have a new housekeeping team member starting. During the first three weeks, the team member will be asked to attendant various e-learning sessions online were standards will be trained and tested with the online quizzes. After the online session you prepare a guest room according to our script and ask the attendant to remake the room according to the standards set. You check the room and can practically assess their knowledge and progress.
