Content Summary

Appraisal Techniques will cover 5 distinctive steps, which will be explained in detail when going through the program.

Step one, the preparation, will cover the entire documentation and setup you need to prepare before you can start.  Step two will take you into the actual review, where you meet the appraisee and put them at ease. Step number three will cover the review talk and the behaviour to consider when doing the review. Step four will deal with closing the review and dealing with possible difficult behaviour. Finally, you will look at the follow-up, which includes the personal development planning.

The language is generally English, although we also have some of our programs ready in German, Russian, Mandarin and Spanish.
