Content Summary

“You can have the best strategies and the best building in the world but if you do not have committed, hardworking, skilful people are working for you, none of it comes to life.”

The online learning is set up at various stages leading to the main processes in recruitment. As such is based on two company-centric believes:

The process must be efficient to enable a department to recruit, within budgetary and resource restraints, to fill a vacancy as quickly as possible. The goal is to maintain service standards with a consistent level of staff and skills.

The process must be effective, allowing for sufficient candidates to be seen, selected and introduced to the company.

And finally, the process must adhere to the ethics of both the company and the Equal Opportunity Act 2010
